In particular, we use information to: (i) create a baseline assessment that will help us identify your needs and understand how we can help address your needs; (ii) develop a Custom Care Plan that includes detailed recommendations regarding which services would be most beneficial to you; (iii) match you with the caregiver who is best suited to implement care; and (iv) manage the care services you receive, as well as the invoicing process for such services.

to provide you with a personalized experience when you use our Websites;
